- There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
- Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
- You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
- Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
- After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
- If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

- All our spa treatments are proudly provided by Sofitel Spa.
- Arrival procedure. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your confirmed appointment time to complete a consultation form and change. Appointments delayed due to late arrival will not be extended beyond the confirmed treatment time.
- Parking. Valet parking is complimentary for non-hotel guests receiving treatments of 60 minutes or more. Paid valet parking is available for all other treatments. Pay and display street parking can also be found on surrounding streets.
- Booking details. Sofitel Spa requires the guest name, contact number and credit card details to secure the booking. For hotel guests, the booking may be secured via your room reservation.
- Health details. To ensure your treatment is customised to your personal requirements, please notify your Sofitel Spa therapist of any serious medical condition.
- Treatment rooms. All treatments are performed in either single or double private treatment rooms.
- Cancellation policy. For non-hotel guests, 12 hours’ notice is required to avoid the full cost of the treatment being charged to the credit card provided. Hotel guests must give 4 hours’ notice to avoid the treatment being charged to the room booking.
- Mobile phones. Kindly refrain from using mobile phones while at Sofitel Spa
- Privacy. All information provided to Sofitel Spa is kept in strict confidence.
- Age. Persons must be aged over 16 years to visit Sofitel Spa.
