Arrival procedure. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your confirmed appointment time to complete a consultation form and change. Appointments delayed due to late arrival will not be extended beyond the confirmed treatment time.

Parking. Valet parking is complimentary for non-hotel guests receiving treatments of 60 minutes or more. Paid valet parking is available for all other treatments. Pay and display street parking can also be found on surrounding streets.

Booking details. Sofitel Spa requires the guest name, contact number and credit card details to secure the booking. For hotel guests, the booking may be secured via your room reservation.

Health details. To ensure your treatment is customised to your personal requirements, please notify your Sofitel Spa therapist of any serious medical condition.

Treatment rooms. All treatments are performed in either single or double private treatment rooms.

Cancellation policy. For non-hotel guests, 12 hours’ notice is required to avoid the full cost of the treatment being charged to the credit card provided. Hotel guests must give 4 hours’ notice to avoid the treatment being charged to the room booking.

Mobile phones. Kindly refrain from using mobile phones while at Sofitel Spa

Privacy. All information provided to Sofitel Spa is kept in strict confidence.
